We are currently in the early stages of service development, therefore constant changes of the general terms and conditions are possible in order to improve our web sites and services.
These general terms of Internet tickets sale service determine the terms under which the provider of service Area Maris d.o.o. (Hereinafter Area Maris) will provide the service to its customers (hereinafter the Buyer) on its websites http://adrenalinecroatia.com/. The service we provide through our websites is the selection and purchase of tickets for Area Maris. We are currently in an early stage of developing our sites and service. This means that we continually change and improve the service and website.
The basic Service
Area Maris online ticket sale is intended to facilitate and accelerate the process of buying tickets for personal, non-commercial use. It allows you to print tickets with a valid bar code or QR code. Scanning the bar code or QR code allows you to enter the Area Maris objects.

On the websites http://adrenalinecroatia.com the Buyer can buy a ticket online. It is considered that a contract of carriage is concluded after a successful payment transaction, after which the ticket and the invoice are submitted to the Buyer’s email address.
Buyer’s obligation
The Buyer is obliged to print out the ticket and invoice and bring them along. By entering the Area Maris objects, the Buyer is obliged to scan the bar code or the QR code of the ticket and is required to keep the invoice during the entire staying in the Area Maris objects.
Fees and mode of payment
Ticket prices are clearly marked and visible at every step of the purchase. No hidden costs or additional fees appear in the sale procedure. Payment on our service is only possible with the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, American and Visa.
Refund
There is no refund for purchased entrance tickets under no circumstances.
Protection of Privacy
Area Maris is committed to protect its customers’ personal data in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about customers/users that are necessary to fulfil our obligations. It is also committed to inform its customers about the way the collected data is used and to give customers a choice about the way of using their data including the decision whether or not they want to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information provided will be kept strictly confidential and available only to those employees who need such information to perform their job. All employees of Area Maris and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of the policy.
Amendment of these Terms
Our service range will constantly keep expanding in the future. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify and amend these Terms at any time. If you do not agree with the changes in the Terms or with a particular clause, we ask that you discontinue the use of our services no later than the effectiveness of those changes.

Area Maris does not store credit card numbers, and other data are not available to unauthorized persons.
